Statutory Rights

None of the information below affects your statutory rights. We are a UK based company and all contracts for the sale of goods entered into by Monark Global Limited™ Eternally-Tru™ Division on the website will be subject to the laws of England and Wales.


The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of value added tax. All prices shown are cash prices. All products shown in this service are subject to availability. All orders are subject to acceptance of your order and prices will be confirmed on receipt of your order.

Right to cancel

All orders may be cancelled prior to despatch and all goods can be returned within 30 days of dispatch.

Pierced Earrings Return Policy

For reasons of hygiene, pierced earrings cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless defective in manufacture.

When will my order be dispatched?

Generally, Eternally-Tru™ solid gold engagement rings and wedding bands are dispatched within 21-28 days of you ordering. Allow 28 days for delivery. Any Eternally-Tru™ bridal jewellery is dispatched within 3 days of you ordering if the items you have ordered are in stock. If not, please allow 21-28 days for delivery. If for any reason delivery will exceed 28 days, we will write to you to advise accordingly.

What do I do if an item doesn't fit or is otherwise not acceptable?

Return it to us at: Eternally-Tru™, Tru-Processing Centre, PO Box 90, Porth, Wales, CF40 9BL, United Kingdom or Eternally-Tru™, Unit 4, Del Guerra Court, Gelligron Industrial Estate, Tonyrefail, Wales, CF39 8ES, United Kingdom with a covering explanatory letter. For your own security, we recommend sending your return by signed for delivery service from Royal Mail, so that we can track the item. Please keep your Royal Mail receipt. On receipt of your return and inspection by our jewellery specialists we will either arrange to either refund you or replace the faulty or unworn goods, whichever you prefer. 

What do I do if an item is faulty when it's delivered?

Return it to us at Eternally-Tru™, Tru-Processing Centre, PO Box 90, Porth, Wales, CF40 9BL, United Kingdom with a covering explanatory letter within 30 days of the invoice date. We will then arrange to either credit you or replace the goods, whichever you prefer.

Who pays the postage on returned items?

If you're returning something because it doesn't fit or it's not suitable, you'll need to pay the postage costs to return it to us. If you'd like us to replace the goods with another size or item, we won't charge you for carriage on the replacement. However, we will refund your postage in full on faulty or unworn items only.

What do I do if there's any other problem with my order?

If you have any problems with an order, please let us know and we will advise you exactly what steps we're going to take to rectify the problem. What do I do if an item fails once it's been used?

Please see Our Promise To You. All goods supplied by Eternally-Tru™ are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturer's warranty.
